"DUFFLEGOAT showed that they were no kidders when it came to impressive guitar work. The band proved that they had their feet attached firmly to the ground by crowning their opening performance with a version of Queen's ‘Tie Your Mother Down’. The band set a daunting precedent for those who were to follow." Yorkshire Evening Press. - "York based rock outfit Dufflegoat gave one of the best night's entertainment seen at the venue for some time. Their set lasted in excess of 2.5 hours, with every number tight, sharp and exciting. There is only one word to sum up their skill as musicians -impeccable!!!" Goole Times and Chronicle - "If you like seeing LIVE music with musicians having a good time and giving it some real stick, then Dufflegoat are the band to watch" PV Gig Guide, Scarborough - "It's horrible walking into a venue only to catch the last few songs by a truly remarkable band and that’s precisely what happened to me. I was surprised to note that Dufflegoat were a three piece band fronted by a geezer in a dress… The guitarist was an absolute wizard as he scaled the fretboard faster than the speed of light….it’s a shame I didn't arrive earlier…." Live revue in Indie World - “The Drummer resembles "Animal" from the muppets, The Guitarist is a living "Wizard" and the Bass player/Lead singer wears a frock! They are definately Dufflegoats and certainly no Anoraks with a repertoire of some Rock Classic covers and introducing more and more of their own compositions they are well worth a listen, not to mention the lively stage appearance! ”Venue-Lincs Magazine - “You guys are so scary my make-up fell off” Unidentified bike chick www.dufflegoat.com
