PUNISHMENT OF LUXURY + THE CRAVATS + SKY ROCKET JACK
Face paint, rubbery gloves like jellyfish tentacles and a collision of futurist rock – punk meets prog – yes, Punilux were always ahead of their time for the 70s sporting yellow dungarees not de rigeur black.
From Prokofiev to metal, jagged rhythms with impenetrable Orwellian lyrics, diverse influences are flung in your face. Sure, they were in to science fiction and, sure, they can still unlock your imagination.

Formed '78, Redditch's Dada-fuelled jazz punk colossals THE CRAVATS soon became John Peel faves with a unique brand of sax riddled, bass-laced punk weirdness.
In 2012 "The Cravats in Toytown" will once more be unleashed as well as a new creation from those master tapes put together by Crass' Penny Rimbaud, described "like an English Stately home garden landscaped by Jackson Pollock".
Eccentrically frantic on stage, odd and on the ball - but definitely not normal ...

Six time Grammy Award winners and international ambassadors of traditional Irish music, The Chieftains, are back with a nationwide tour to celebrate 50 definitive years.
Whilst continuing to inspire, The Chieftains remain loyal to their roots and after half a century of making some of the most beautiful music in the world, they remain as fresh and relevant as when they first began. They have performed with many symphony and folk orchestras worldwide and have broken many boundaries by collaborating and performing with some of the biggest names in rock, pop and traditional music in Ireland and around the world.

Charity Event- Fundraiser for MS Charity
All day charity event to raise money and awareness for MS.
14+ £2 entry.
Doors will be at 2. Bands start at 3 with an auction at 6-630.
Kelly will one again be waxing anybody being sponsored throughout the day.
I am looking for 2 more bands for this event, as well as people willing to take part in sponsored activities and donate for a charity auction/raffle.
Band merch, tattoo vouchers, bottles of wine, anything! It can all be used! :)
If you are going to take part in the sponsors please message me with details of what you are going to carry out, whether it is waxing, wearing pj's/odd costumes etc then I can print you a sponsor form. All money has to be collected by the Friday after the event, and handed in with your form so please do not lose it!

Small Fakers (Small Faces Tribute)
Having recently completed a three night stay at The Islington O2 Academy, performing the classic album 'Ogden's Nut Gone Flake' to rave reviews, this is a rare chance to catch this much vaunted tribute act. With Steve and Ronnie sadly no longer with us, you ain't going to get to see the real deal, but by all accounts, this is as close as anyone could hope for. And after their fantastic show with us last July we know we're in for a treat.
